(April 16, 2019, 12:00 am)This pharmacy is beyond shocking, they lack any customer service skills what so ever. The manager treats customers abhorrently, fobs them off at any given opportunity. Fails to help with any information with services they may provide or lack or services they are providing, it’s clearly understaffed and the staff that are their are not up to standard.

(January 19, 2018, 12:00 am)I booked an appointment online for Thursday between 8-11am at your pharmacy at Sainsburyy’s In Stockton. On arrival I was told by the pharmacist that nobody had any vaccine and then gave Tesco and Asda as examples. He also told me that the vaccine wouldn’t be effective until February and that it probably wouldn’t be the right strain. Sorry, I wasn’t expecting a lecture which seemed contrary ...[Full review]
