(October 22, 2018, 12:00 am)I have been using this pharmacy for many years before lloyds took over and the service has always been brilliant, recently attended for my annual flu jabs and was in and out with no problems Staff are always helpful and friendly and to date I have never had to request to speak to a pharmacist as the counter staff always answer any questions I may have. Would highly recommend

I am extremely happy with the service I recieve, all the staff are friendly and show excellent customer service skills they go above and beyond and are always willing to give there expert opinions and advice. I highly recommend this pharmacy big thumbs up from me.

(February 27, 2018, 12:00 am)Visited the pharmacy for a health check. Staff were extremely rude, particularly the young pharmacist. It was clear they couldn’t be bothered to conduct one, and her response of “well go in the consultation room then and I’ll be there in a minute I guess” wasn’t the warmest response, especially when already feeling nervous. I didn’t feel comfortable so I left instead and will not be returning...[Full review]

Fobbed-off by assistant - 'we only sell ...' and a statement of the obvious about decongestants being no good for HBP. When I said that's why I've come to a pharmacy I was passed to the pharmacist who also told me 'we only sell ...', mentioned as Oil, and recommended I go somewhere 'with a bigger dispensary like Boots'.
